Dear participant of the FiA-GTC-TC,
You will be able to find the JCR-regulations Hockenheimring and the FiA-GTC-TC competitor lists immediately in the download area. The JCR-entry confirmations have been sent out to your email address today.
If you should have any questions during the event, you will be able to find me at the Administration Centre "Sachs-House" during the whole weekend. The FiA-GTC-TC Infoboard will be hanging there as well. Please pay attention to information notices hung up there especially in regard to the Drivers' Briefing and the Capacity class prize-givings.
Unfortunately my Welcome Truck with the Welcome Tent will not be in Hockenheim but the large catering-station on the pit roof will be opened daily from 8 am to 8 pm (Sat. up to 10 pm).
The capacity class prize-giving ceremony of the FiA-GTC-TC for the 2005 season will be held on Thursday 27. April 2006 from 8 pm onwards in the Wintergarden of the Motodrom Hotel of the Hockenheimring.
The Drivers-Welcome-Party (which will be sponsert by DUNLOP) will start at 8 pm on Friday 28. April 2006 in the Pavillion in the drivers paddock 2.

Truck-Driving-ban:
Dear competitors of the Jim Clark Revival,
As you all know, the Monday 1 May 2006 after the Jim Clark Revival is a public holiday and such, there is a driving ban for all trucks on the German motorway.
It is therefore very important that the concerned participants must submit an exemption form which will allow them to drive with their trucks in Germany on Sunday and bank holiday Monday.
Please find in the download this exemption form (written in German and with a translation of the words used). Please be informed that the form must be filled out in German. To make things easier for everybody, we have formulated a reason for exemption from the driving ban in German. You can state this reason in German, thereby making sure that you is granted the exemption.
The original German form must be sent back to the address given on the first page of the document. The original document must reach the German authorities in Hockenheim before 15. April 2006. The exemption fee will be 25,- Euro - you will receive an invoice directly from the city of Hockenheim.
